• Creates with the support of the franchisor the business plan • Closes deals with the advertising space providers (office buildings, hotels, blocks of flats) • Establishes the pricing policy for the services sold under the Elevate brand • Establishes with the support of the franchisor the sales and marketing strategy and implements it • Orders in the first 3 months at least 50 integrated elevator multimedia units (special designed LCDs screens, fully licensed Windows XP special machines for elevator usage and the Elevate multimedia software) • Advertises elevator advertising the Elevate brand and services in the local/national media (press, radio, internet etc) • Closes contracts with local/national clients for the elevate network |
